Armelle de Tinguy joined 115K as Partner & Deputy General Manager in January 2025.

Prior to joining 115K, Armelle was Partner at Elaia Partners, an independent European VC Fund focused on early-stage digital and deep tech investments, where she spent 10 years in the Digital Venture practice.
She led a dozen investments on early-stage ventures, from initial investments to exit, and notably invested in Seyna, HarfangLab, Hyperlex (Acq. by Dilitrust), Heuritech (Merged with Luxurynsight). She also developed and led Elaia's growing coverage of Fintech and InsurTech topics and developed strong expertise on SaaS models, verticalized AI and Cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Elaia in 2015, Armelle worked several years in investment banking, notably in the Corporate Finance team of Bryan, Garnier & Co where she executed small and mid-cap M&A and fundraising transactions for the Tech sector, as well as Credit Agricole - CIB, where she executed large cap M&A transactions.

Armelle graduated from ESSEC Business School (Msc in Management - 2013) and Sciences-Po Lille (Master - 2010).
