Artificial intelligence is a strategic imperative that goes beyond simple experimentation and low-value use cases. Unfortunately, its impact often remains limited, as evidenced by the McKinsey State of AI 2025 study : two-thirds of respondents indicated that they had not yet begun deploying AI use cases on a large scale within their companies.

The major challenge is to successfully transition to an industrialized system capable of generating a measurable and scalable ROI. To achieve this, it is crucial to align culture, roles, and execution.

AI deployment at scale

Infuse an AI culture into all levels of the company

AI transformation begins with the acculturation of all teams, as managerial or cultural resistance is one of the main barriers. You can only grasp what you understand in your work: integrate AI training into employees' annual objectives so they can visualize the concrete impact it could have on their daily tasks.

To embody AI by defining specific roles

To move from isolated initiatives to a coherent system, the responsibility of AI must be embodied by specific roles:

  • Raising awareness and cultural awareness in order to unite people around AI and bring about use cases with operational impact through an “AI Champion”;

  • Prioritization and technical execution to ensure the transition from MVP to industrialization with an “AI Owner / VP AI”.

Establish Clear Governance

Implement a governance structure that fosters the emergence of high-value projects while encouraging creativity and initiative within teams. We propose a three-pronged approach: the Executive Committee ensures alignment with the company's strategic objectives; the AI Champion gathers feedback from the field and maintains a creative environment; and the AI Owner/VP of AI guarantees execution and delivery.
