After graduating from HEC Paris in 2013, Laure joined La Poste Group through its Graduate Program as an establishment manager. In 2017, she transitioned to La Banque Postale, serving as Chief of Staff to the Director of Retail Banking and Deputy CEO of the La Poste network. In 2020, she joined the Strategy Division, primarily overseeing the group’s 2021-2030 strategic plan. Laure was instrumental in establishing 115K, where she served as Investment Director from 2022 to 2024. In 2024, she became Director of Strategy and M&A at La Banque Postale and Chair of the 115K Investment Committee.
